Middle Fork Color

Middle Fork Color

Middle Fork Color was photographed while floating the Middle Fork of the Flathead River. This river runs right along the boundary of Glacier National Park. Glacier is known for its variety of colors to the rocks. This was in an area where the sun was shining down into the water illuminating theose colors. Because the boat is moving it creates a small amount of motion blur to the rocks while the oar is moving with the boat remaining in focus.

  • Paper and finish of framed artwork

All framed images are printed on a pearl metallic paper. This paper gives the images a beautiful iridescent quality and added warmth to the colors. They are then finished with a heat pressed laminate to protect the image. This product provides a water resistant surface that is UV protected without the glare or reflection that glass can cause. The frames are a black brushed satin finish metal frame (see photo for sample).  Each finished piece is a limited edition collector print that arrives ready to hang on your wall bringing enjoyment for years to come.
